Concept Vacuum’s single‑piece vacuum chambers are precision‑machined from a single billet, creating a seamless, monolithic structure with integrated ports and complex multi‑face geometries. With no welds, these chambers offer minimal internal volume, exceptional conductance, and repeatable component alignment. Ideal for high‑performance UHV, XHV, optical, plasma, and quantum applications.
These chambers are suited to demanding research platforms including cold‑atom systems, quantum sensors, plasma confinement, interferometry, spectroscopy, and precision metrology.

- Aluminium: lightweight, low magnetic permeability, excellent thermal conductivity, cost‑effective machining
- Titanium: ultra‑low outgassing, magnetic neutrality, high strength with low mass
Each material is selected for its performance in advanced vacuum applications. Alternative seal materials may be required for alternative materials.
